Alvis Built-in Application for Pickleball Court Booking and Payments in the Philippines

About this app

Alvis for Pickleball Courts runs a pickleball venue's court bookings, payments and open play in one place: hourly court bookings that never double-book, peak and off-peak rates, GCash and Maya payments checked against the screenshot and reference number, coaching, open play sold per head, and the counter's rentals and drinks.

Built for Philippine pickleball venues. Prices are in pesos, players pay ahead the way PH venues already collect (GCash, Maya, InstaPay, QR Ph or cash), and seniors and PWDs get their 20% discount.

Dashboard at a glance

  • Court hours booked this month and unpaid holds
  • Payments to verify and collected this month
  • Collections per month and by channel, the busiest hours of the day, and hours by court
01 dashboard

1. Court bookings by the hour

Book a court for one to four one-hour slots, from 6:00 AM to 12 MN. Every hour a booking covers goes on the Court Schedule: one booking per court per hour, and a coach is never on two courts at once.

  • No double booking: a booking that overlaps another, an open play or a blocked time is refused
  • Day agenda and calendar views, with Confirm, Check in, Complete, No-show and Cancel buttons
  • Peak and off-peak rates per court: peak from 4 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays, priced hour by hour
  • Discounts: 20% off the court fee for each senior or PWD in the group (with their ID numbers), or the member or promo discount if it's bigger

2. GCash, Maya and bank payments, verified

The player pays through one of the venue's channels and uploads the screenshot with the reference number. The front desk checks it and presses Verify or Reject.

  • A booking paid in full confirms itself once its payment is verified
  • Unpaid holds are released automatically: by 11:59 PM of the day booked, or by play time for a same-day booking. A payment still waiting to be verified keeps the hold.
  • Pays at the venue: the front desk can confirm a regular or walk-in without prepayment; the balance must still be paid before the booking is completed

3. Open play, coaching and blocked times

  • Open play: sessions by level (beginner, intermediate, ladies…) with a per-head fee and a player cap. The session holds its court, a full session takes no more players, and seniors and PWDs pay 20% less. Print the roster.
  • Coaching: a lesson adds the coach's hourly rate to the court fee, and each coach sees only their own lessons
  • Blocked times: take a court off the schedule for maintenance, a tournament or a private event. You can't block over a booking.

4. The counter

Rent out paddles, balls and the ball machine; sell drinks and gear.

5. Reports

Court schedule by day, bookings by day, payments to verify, collections by channel, revenue by court, court use, busiest hours, no-shows and cancellations, coaching sessions, open play attendance, counter sales by item, and senior and PWD discounts.

Role-based access management

  • Owner / Manager: everything, including courts, rates, refunds and voids
  • Front Desk: bookings, the schedule, open play, players, payment verification and the counter
  • Coach: their own lessons and the court schedule
  • Player: signs in to book, join open play and send payments. They see only their own records, and see other courts' hours only as taken.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't connect to GCash or Maya directly (payments are checked by hand against the reference number), send SMS reminders by itself (connect an SMS integration), or run tournament brackets or DUPR ratings. The payment receipt is an acknowledgement, not a BIR invoice. Bookings are in whole hours; to move one, cancel it and book again.

Getting started

  1. Put your venue name and address on the printouts (Settings → Printouts).
  2. Add your courts with their off-peak and peak rates, your coaches, and your GCash / Maya / bank details and QR codes under Payment Channels.
  3. Review the rentals and shop prices.
  4. Invite your front desk and coaches, then invite players (or let them sign up) to book.
