Alvis Built-in Application for Leads, Deals and Sales Teams in the Philippines
About this app
Full CRM takes every inquiry from first contact to a won deal — leads, qualification, a visual deal pipeline, quotes and follow-ups — so nothing falls through the cracks and you always know what will close this month.
Built for Philippine sales teams selling business-to-business or high-ticket items to consumers: solar, equipment, vehicles, real estate, software, services. Pesos and 12% VAT on quotes, mobile numbers and Viber/Messenger preferences, and a "do not contact" flag for the Data Privacy Act.
Dashboard at a glance
- Open and weighted pipeline — what's in play, and what it's likely worth
- Won this month compared with last month, and new leads waiting
- Pipeline by stage, won per month, leads by source and pipeline by owner
1. Leads and qualification
Capture inquiries from your website, Facebook, events, referrals or walk-ins. Qualify with three plain questions — budget, decision maker, timeline — then convert in one click: an account, a contact and a deal are created for you (an existing company is reused).
- Every new lead gets a first-call task for its owner, due the next day
- No dead ends: a lead needs an email or mobile, and an owner before it's qualified
- Duplicates refused: the same email can't be entered twice
2. Deal pipeline
Drag deals across the board as they move. The probability and the weighted value follow the stage (10% prospecting, 25% needs analysis, 50% proposal, 75% negotiation).
- Close dates and owners on every deal, for the forecast
- Lost deals need a reason — so the win/loss report tells you why
- Won deals lock, and the account becomes a customer automatically
3. Quotes with discount control
Build quotes from your price list with VAT worked out. A discount above 10% can't be sent until a sales manager approves it. When the customer accepts, the deal is won at the quoted amount. Prints as a formal quotation with a conforme line.
4. Activities and follow-ups
Calls, meetings, site visits, demos and tasks, on a list or a calendar. Mark one done with its outcome and a next step, and the follow-up is scheduled for you. A deal reaching Proposal gets a follow-up call on its own.
5. Accounts and contacts
Each account shows its contacts, open pipeline, deals won and every activity. Contacts carry their role in the decision and how they prefer to be reached.
6. Reports
Pipeline by stage, sales forecast by close date, performance by sales rep, won deals, why deals are lost, leads by source (with conversion), deals won by source, activities to do, activity log, quotes, and accounts by industry — each exportable to PDF and CSV.
Role-based access management
- Sales Manager: sees everything, approves big discounts, reopens lost deals, manages the team
- Sales Rep: works their own leads, deals, quotes and activities; sees all accounts and contacts
- Marketing: brings in and qualifies leads; reads the pipeline
- Viewer: reads everything and runs reports (an owner or director)
More built in
- Printable quotation and account summary
- Audit log, CSV export of every list, and 13 built-in test scenarios that re-check conversion, pipeline and quote rules after every change
What it doesn't do
It doesn't send emails or SMS to customers by itself, sync your inbox or calendar, or capture leads from your website without a form connection. It doesn't invoice — pair it with Full Accounting or Full ERP.
Getting started
- Add your sales team and your products or services with list prices.
- Import or add your current accounts, contacts and open deals.
- Invite your team and give each person a role.
- Work from the deals board and the "Activities to do" report every morning.
