Personal Finance Tracker

by Nanon Labs · Finance

Track all your accounts — bank accounts, e-wallets, insurance, loans, receivables — and every transaction in one place.

About this app

Personal Finance Tracker keeps all your money in one private place: bank accounts, e-wallets like GCash, cash, credit cards, loans, insurance, investments and money owed to you. Log every peso or dollar coming in and going out, set monthly budgets, and track savings goals until you hit them. It's built for individuals, couples and freelancers who have outgrown a spreadsheet.

Dashboard at a glance

Open the app to see your total balance, how many transactions you've logged this month compared with last month, and your active goals and budgets. Below that, your month-by-month cash flow shows at a glance whether you're saving or overspending.

A second chart breaks your holdings down by account type: bank, e-wallet, credit card, loan and investment.

p02 balances

1. All your accounts in one list

Add every account you own or owe: bank, e-wallet, cash, credit card (with its credit limit), insurance, loan, receivable or investment. Record the institution, an opening balance and notes such as interest rates or statement dates. Mark accounts inactive when you close them.

p03 accounts

Open any account to see every transaction recorded against it.

2. Every transaction, logged in seconds

Each transaction has a date, amount, account, category, type (income, expense, transfer, debt payment or savings) and the payee or source. Money in is positive and money out is negative, so totals and cash flow add up on their own. Filter by date, account, category or type, or switch to grid edit to fix several at once.

Switch to the calendar view to see when the money moved: paydays, rent, bills and everyday spending, day by day.

3. Categories that fit how you spend

Group transactions into your own categories, such as salary, freelance income, rent, groceries, dining out, transport, subscriptions, savings and debt payments. Each one has a type and a colour.

p05 categories

4. Budgets and savings goals

Set a budget per category, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, with start and end dates, to keep spending on a leash.

p06 budgets

Track savings goals such as an emergency fund, a condo down payment or a trip, each with a target amount, the amount saved so far, a target date and the account it lives in. Progress is calculated as a percentage, and goals can be Active, Paused or Achieved.

5. Reports and automations

Ready-made reports cover spending by category, account balances and monthly cash flow. The report builder lets you create your own: pick columns across accounts, categories and transactions, filter and group them, and export to CSV or PDF.

Built-in automations notify you when a large expense is recorded and celebrate when a savings goal is achieved. You can edit them, or add your own with conditions, notifications, record updates, webhooks and schedules.
